We’re on a mission to entertain, inspire, and engage audiences by uniting them in the same space with their favorite art and artists. We are currently seeking dynamic yet committed people to join our team and help us continue this important work as a Talent Booking Agent.
About the Role:
As a Talent Booking Agent, you will play a crucial role in bringing an extraordinarily entertaining theatrical experience to family audiences across America. Within your territory, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with local promoters, venues, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Identify and reach out to potential local promoters, venues, etc.
👉 Negotiate, coordinate, and schedule live performances.
👉 Maintain and nurture relationships with promoters, venues, etc.
👉 Work as a team member.
👉 Track and report on booking activities and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
👉 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
👉 Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
👉 A proactive and results-driven attitude.
👉 Confidence to assume a results-driven income (i.e., commission-only).
👉 Experience in sales is a plus.
👉 Willing and able to work independently (e.g., from home) and operate your own business.
👉 Can legally work in the US, has or can obtain necessary state licensing (not often required; check here to see if your state requires a license and if so, how to obtain yours), and has or can obtain any necessary local permits to operate a home business, etc., (usually issued for an annual fee of $20-$100 depending on the size of the municipality).
